BRAND & SOCIAL
Build a social media calendar your team can sustain
A practical planning system built around customer questions, useful formats and realistic production capacity.

Choose a few useful content themes
Start with the questions people ask before, during and after buying. Group them into themes such as choosing a service, understanding the process and using the result. Add business updates when they are relevant to the audience.
A theme should have a reason to exist. If every post is simply a variation of “contact us”, the calendar may be busy without helping customers understand the business.
Match format to the explanation
A process may work well as a sequence of images. A short demonstration may be easier to understand on video. A comparison may need a written post with a simple visual. Choose the format after deciding what the audience should learn.
Do not require every idea to become every format. Repurposing is useful when the explanation still feels natural, not when a team stretches a small observation into a week of repetitive posts.
Plan around production capacity
Write down who supplies expertise, drafts copy, creates visuals and approves the result. Reserve time for corrections and last-minute business changes. A calendar that assumes instant approval is likely to become unreliable.
Choose a pace the team can maintain. Consistency means keeping a useful promise to the audience, not filling an arbitrary number of slots regardless of quality.
Make each calendar row actionable
Include the customer question, core message, format, source material, owner, due date and intended next step. Link to the approved assets so the publisher does not guess which version is final.
For a pan-India audience, discuss language and cultural context. Adapt examples when necessary and have someone fluent review translated content. A literal translation may miss the meaning of the original.
Use responses to improve the next cycle
Review replies, saves, useful conversations and recurring questions alongside reach. Different post types may have different jobs, so avoid judging an explanatory post solely against a promotional one.
Keep a small backlog of topics that deserve more depth. A question that appears repeatedly can become a website article, a service-page improvement or a better sales explanation. The calendar should feed the wider business, not operate in isolation.
